Elevatori Magazine will attend the training convention for condominium administrators organised by the Anapic Association (Associazione Nazionale Amministratori di Condominio) on 4 July 2024. The convention will cover many subjects of topical interest for the sector and will open with some speeches on overcoming architectural barriers. Other topics on the agenda are energy efficiency, architectural decorum, its protection, and aspects concerning the safety of installations and the impact of new technologies for condominium administration. On this occasion, the magazine will be distributed to all participants.

The meeting, which will be held starting at 2.00 p.m. at the Westin Palace in Piazza della Repubblica 20 in Milan, provides 4 training credits for condominium administrators, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 140 /2014 and is also accredited by the Milan Bar Association (click here for the event programme).

The convention will provide remote connection for administrators not resident in Lombardy, Italy. To participate, you must register by sending an e-mail to the following address: segreteria@anapic.it.

During the meeting on 4 July, the new partnership between Elevatori Magazine and Anapic will be officially presented. It was created with a common aim, that of growing the culture of accessibility of spaces, through a constant dialogue between builders, installers, administrators and users, without forgetting the institutions and regulatory bodies. Elevatori Magazine and Anapic will join forces to develop projects and activities that go in this direction.

The President of Anapic, Lucia Rizzi, expresses great satisfaction regarding the synergy signed with Elevatori Magazine for a greater knowledge of the sector for Property Professionals and an expansion of training for young people who want to qualify as condominium administrators: “A very significant starting point for the knowledge of condominium sectors and for the training of future technicians of vertical transport, knowledge of standards, technical aspects to complete the training of administrators but also for the relaunch of sectors for which there is a shortage of workers. An appeal to institutions to encourage young talent and training with the simplification of qualification procedures, which are still somewhat complex today”.
