Elevcon 2025

Elevcon 2025, the international conference for the lift and vertical transportation industry organised by IAEE (International Association of Elevator Engineers) will be held from 17 to 19 June 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal. Three days dedicated to professional training and networking for vertical transportation experts from around the world.

Now in its 24th year, Elevcon has become one of the most important meeting points for vertical transportation professionals. The Call for abstracts is already open.

Speakers will benefit from having their paper published in the ‘Elevator Technology Book 2025’, as well as in various professional journals and on the IAEE website.

Call for Abstract

Anyone wishing to share their research on vertical transport, from now until 15 September 2024, can submit an abstract between 100 and 150 words long, in English, summarising the topic the paper will cover. Once the abstract has been accepted, guidelines for the preparation of the paper and further information will be provided. Full papers will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Hi-Tech Award

Hi-Tech Award is the award for the best technical paper promoted by Elevcon and Elevatori Magazine: during the congress, the international magazine for the vertical transport sector will award the prize to a technical paper chosen by a jury of international experts.
